Invocation#

lem-cli citation-harvest <id-or-title> status

Inputs and options#

• id-or-title selects the paper and its citations_harvest directory.
• status takes no documented options; the dispatcher currently ignores trailing arguments.

Output and state#

Reads the harvest manifest, extracted-text count, batches, notes, candidate and depth counts, anchor binding freshness, and recommended next command. It prints those fields as JSON and changes nothing.

Refusals#

• Paper lookup refuses an empty or unmatched selector.
• Harvest path resolution refuses a paper with no local source directory or no main .tex manuscript.
